A few guidelines on questions you send us:

1. Be as descriptive and clear as possible. It’s hard for us to answer a question such us:”Why my PC reboots every two minutes?”. Make sure you specify the operating system you are using, the browser type, what you have done so far etc’.
2. Spelling matters. Avoid sentences written in upper case, or with excessive/intentional spelling mistakes.
