How to auto Bcc all outgoing mail in Outlook 2010?

Kevin asked us the following question:
How do I automatically BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) all outgoing mails in Outlook 2010?
Thanks for the question, Kevin. Outlook has had this feature from it’s earliest versions, but Microsoft has decided to exclude this option natively in Outlook 2010. This means that you’ll have to play around with some VB scripts in order to make this work. If you are searching for the Bcc field while trying to send the message, just click the ‘Bcc’ button under the options tab in the mail editing Window.
If you are not interested in modifying the Macros and VB Scripts, I’d recommend you either move on to a different program like Thunderbird/Gmail Web Interface or downgrade to Office 2007 or older. GroovyPost has a really big article about adding VB Scripts to automatically BCC all outgoing mails.
Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks very much for the link! And I second the recommendation to switch to Gmail. You’ve got everything you need there and more–calendars, contacts, tasks, reminders. And best of all, everything’s archived. So, when a client asks for version 2 of a project you completed two years ago, you’ve got it.
Thanks for stopping by groovinJackman! That was an awesome article and it resonated enough to be linked.
