How to upload your photos to Orkut?

Uploading photos to Orkut has become very easy thanks to their very efficient Javascript photo upload script that allows you to upload multiple pictures at the same time and at a very fast rate!

To start things off, login into your Orkut account and in the homepage, you will be able to see the number of scraps, photos, videos you have in your account under the “Welcome, <username>” text. Click on photos.

You can now see all the albums you have in your account. To proceed further, you can either create a new album or add photos to an already existing one. If you want to create a new one, click “Create New Album” button and enter the details of your new album. If not, click on “Add More Photos” corresponding to the album you wanna add photos to.

Once you are inside the album, Click “Add Photos”. The Browse window will appear. Browse your system and select the photos – Yes, you can select more than one.

Click open and you will return to the browser. Click “Upload Photos”.You can see the progress of upload for each picture as shown below.

As a final step, you can add captions to each of the photos you have just finished uploading. You can also choose the photo which you want to be the cover of the album.

By following these steps, you can add photos to your Orkut account, either to existing Albums or to new ones. Enjoy!
