Remove a Facebook group

Thanks for your question, Foxxie. From previous experience, i know it’s quite easy to remove a facebook group. I actually went ahead and first removed all group members from the group. Then, i removed myself from the group (i was the only group administrator). After a while, i noticed that Facebook deleted the group itself.

This procedure is overall quite easy and works for groups which are not too large. If you run a group which is fairly popular (more than 5K users), i would recommend to contact Facebook support and ask them to wipe the group off.
