Restore a deleted Recycle bin

Thanks for your question. A few readers have approached me on the recommend way to recover a deleted recycle bin. There are multiple ways to solving this issue, including modifying your registry (which i do not recommend!), or restoring the icon manually from the file system. That said, i think that using the free Tweak UI utility from Microsoft is the approach to take.

Go ahead and install the utility on your Windows XP PC. The Recycle bin can can be easily restored from the Desktop tab.
