Carrie asks: I would like to hide my entire basic info module section in the upper part of my MySpace layout. Help with some html code is appreciated.
Answer:
Thanks for your question, Carrie. You can easily remove your basic info (the section that contains your name, profile pic, age, country, city, mood, online now and so forth) from your MySpace layout by using some CSS code.
Please go ahead and post the required code into the CSS section of your MySpace profile (by clicking on Copy) from the following widget. Look here for detailed instructions on how to apply codes to your MySpace profile 2.0.
In case you encounter any issues when applying this code, please make sure that after copying the codes to the CSS section and publishing your changes, you clear your browser’s cache (on Internet Explorer you should go to Tools->Delete browsing history->Delete All). Then restart the browser and check whether the Basic Info section (including the profile pic) is hidden. It should be.

i used a million codes and none of them worked. this one didnt either. thankyou anyways.

I have tried this and many other variations of the code, but it does not seem to work. I had this particular code on my page for almost a year, although now it appears Myspace has disabled it. It could have been an update from a few days ago, it seems recent. Any tips?
