Here’s one from Mitch: I want to be able to hide the music box from my profile, however would definitely like to keep playing music to my profile visitors. Is there an easy way to do it?
Answer:
Absolutely. There isn’t a straightforward way to accomplish that, however by using the MySpace CSS code i appended below, you’ll definitely be able to hide your MySpace music player box.
You can quick post the code automatically to your About Me section by clicking on the Copy button in the widget below:
Alternatively, you can post the code manually by following these steps:
1. Login to myspace.com.
2. Click Edit Profile.
3. Insert the code below at the BOTTOM of the About Me section.

4. Preview your profile. If you are satisfied hit Save all changes.
5. Now login to your profile. You should be able to hear your favorite music, while having your MySpace Player hidden

how to delete the music player at my profil friendster.
When you use this code it gets rid of all the media players not just the music. Is there a code just for the music player?
I’d like to REMOVE the music player all together. Not just “hide” it. Is there any kind of code to make it just stop?? lol I have my own play list made but the one song music player continues to play!! grr. HELP??

I wondered if you could help me. I have a music myspace page. The person who built the page for me hid the myspace music player. Which I wanted them to do.
Suddenly, a day ago, the player turned up on my site and is throwing the design of my page off.
I have tried a zillion codes that help you hide your myspace music player, but they also shrink your slide show, which then also messes up the design of my page.

To remove only the myspace music player…log in, go to the Music tab, click, go to my music, click, on the left side go to My Profile Playlist, click, and on the right hand side of My Public Playlist there’s a small box to display on my profile; uncheck box and it should be gone.
maybe im just stupid but, i added a song to my myspace page and now there’s a music player right below my myspace URL. I want to completely remove the music player and the music but i dont see any buttons that let me remove it.

I would like to disable or remove the music player on my MySpace page. I don’t want to simply hide it – what I want is to remove it completely AND I don’t want to hear the songs on it. MySpace has temporarily suspended my upload privileges, but in the process of doing so, this also prevents me from disabling the player or deleting songs from it. Any ideas? thanks!

You know, an easier way to hide your playlist without any codes,
Is you go to myspace, click edit profile,
Where is says in the catagories,”Interests, Name, Basic Info,”
Etc, at the very end it says,song &Video on profile,
Click that,And it says,”Profile Music player”And under that the options are either show or hide,
Click hide, to hide it,Hope this works.[:
